GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIVILEGE LUCKY DRAW
(28 OCTOBER – 24 DECEMBER 2026)

1. The promotion runs daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, from 28 October to 23 December 2026.

2. The lucky draw will take place at 8:00 PM on 24 December 2026 at the Event Lobby, Level 1, Thiso Mall Sala.

3. Thiso Rewards members with same-day shopping receipts totaling VND 3,000,000 or more will receive one (01) lucky draw ticket.

4. Tickets are awarded cumulatively based on eligible spending: VND 3,000,000 qualifies for one (01) ticket, VND 6,000,000 for two (02) tickets, and VND 9,000,000 for three (03) tickets, up to a maximum of ten (10) tickets per customer throughout the promotion.

5. Emart receipts are accepted only when accompanied by at least one (01) valid receipt from another store at Thiso Mall Sala, issued on the same day and valued at a minimum of VND 500,000. These receipt values will be combined to calculate the spending threshold of VND 3,000,000 per lucky draw ticket, in accordance with the promotion’s terms and conditions.

6. Each customer may receive a maximum of ten (10) lucky draw tickets throughout the promotion.

7. Ticket distribution may end early if all available tickets have been issued.

8. Receipts from all stores at Thiso Mall Sala are accepted, including Black Friday booths and temporary retail booths.

10. Information on participation procedures, ticket redemption, and the prize structure forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to all the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

11. Employees of the Thiso Mall Sala Management Board and retail staff working at stores within Thiso Mall Sala are not eligible to participate. If a winner belongs to either of these groups, the relevant prize will be redrawn.

12. Receipts used to redeem lucky draw tickets are not eligible for points accumulation on the Thiso Rewards app and cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions.

13. Receipts that do not comply with Thiso Mall Sala’s store requirements, handwritten receipts, quotations, delivery notes, and receipts from online transactions are not eligible. Payment slips, provisional bills, acknowledgments of receipt, and purchase orders are also not eligible.

14. Lucky draw tickets and prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, in accordance with the promotion’s rules and regulations.

15. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from or related to a customer’s use of a prize after receiving it.

16. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of receipts and the associated shopping transactions before issuing lucky draw tickets.

17. By participating, customers agree that the Organizer’s decision is final. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these General Terms and Conditions.

18. To participate, customers must present valid shopping receipts and complete all required information on the lucky draw ticket, including full name, citizen identification card/passport number, address, telephone number, and email address, to staff at the Information Counter, Level 1, Thiso Mall Sala. Ticket redemption is available during operating hours, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, beginning at 10:00 AM on 28 October 2026 and ending at 10:00 PM on 23 December 2026.

19. Participants are responsible for providing an accurate telephone number, citizen identification card/passport number, email address, and any other contact information required by the promotion so that they can receive notifications from the Organizer when necessary.

20. A valid lucky draw ticket must bear the Organizer’s stamp and contain all required information completed by the customer. Each ticket has a serial number for verification. Incomplete, torn, damaged, or altered tickets are invalid. Customers must retain the customer portion and place the draw portion in the lucky draw box.

21. A representative of the Marketing Department of the Thiso Mall Sala Management Board will call winners using the contact information on their tickets immediately after the draw results are determined on 24 December 2026.

22. Winners who are present at the lucky draw ceremony will be required to provide all necessary information and documents to claim their prizes in accordance with the rules.

23. For winners who are absent from the ceremony, a representative of the Marketing Department of the Thiso Mall Sala Management Board will contact them by telephone and/or email using the details registered on their tickets between 24 December 2026 and 23 January 2027 to announce the results and explain the prize claim procedures. The results will also be published on the official Thiso Mall Sala Facebook page.

24. After 23 January 2027, if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to complete the prize claim procedures despite repeated notifications, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. For unclaimed prizes, Thiso Sala Shopping Mall and Office Tower Company Limited must submit a detailed report to the relevant state authority and remit an amount equal to 50% of the announced prize value.

25. Prize collection hours: Winners may collect their prizes at Thiso Mall Sala between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date the winning results are determined. The prize collection deadline is 5:00 PM on 23 January 2027.

26. Prize collection location: All winners, whether present at or absent from the lucky draw ceremony, must collect their prizes at the Information Counter, Level 1, Thiso Mall Sala.

27. Winners must present and complete the following:

    (1) A valid customer portion of the lucky draw ticket (Part 2) issued by Thiso Mall Sala. The ticket must be intact, free from alterations, and clearly legible, with the complete serial number.

    (2) Their original citizen identification card or passport for identity verification.

    (3) Their membership details displayed on the Thiso Rewards app, matching the information recorded on both portions of the lucky draw ticket: Part 1 (draw portion) and Part 2 (customer portion).

    (4) A fully completed and signed Prize Confirmation Form. Winners must also fulfill all applicable tax obligations, if any, through Thiso Sala Shopping Mall and Office Tower Company Limited in accordance with the law.

28. Customers who lose their lucky draw tickets, or whose ticket details do not match their citizen identification card or passport, will not be eligible to receive their prizes. The Organizer will not resolve claims involving lost tickets or inaccurate information.

29. Winners are responsible for costs incurred when claiming their prizes:

    (1) All travel, accommodation, meal expenses, and any other costs associated with collecting the prize.

    (2) All applicable personal income tax obligations arising from the prize, in accordance with current law.

    (3) The Grand Prize winner (car) must bear all costs associated with receiving the vehicle, registering ownership, and legally operating it, including but not limited to vehicle registration tax, license plate issuance fees, vehicle inspection fees, road maintenance fees, compulsory civil liability insurance, and any transportation costs from the Organizer’s handover location.

30. If a prize is collected by an authorized representative, the representative must provide all valid documents listed above, together with a letter of authorization certified by the local authority or an authorization agreement from the winner. The representative must also present their own original, valid citizen identification card or passport. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to award a prize if the registration details, supporting documents, or ticket information are invalid.

31. Customers may participate multiple times using multiple lucky draw tickets but may receive only one (01) prize—the highest-value prize they win—throughout the promotion.

32. If a prize has no winner, Thiso Sala Shopping Mall and Office Tower Company Limited will remit 50% of the relevant prize value to the state budget.

33. In the event of a dispute, Thiso Sala Shopping Mall and Office Tower Company Limited is responsible for directly handling its resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable law.

34. The Company will use winners’ personal information and images for commercial advertising or other purposes. Compensation for the use of a customer’s image will be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing. Images will be used in accordance with Article 32 of the Civil Code and Articles 6 and 18 of the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights. The Company undertakes not to use customers’ images for improper purposes or in circumstances prohibited by law.
